Previously trading as Khoury Bros Developments, Benetton Construction commenced operations in 1984 as a private, family owned business driven by family values of integrity and commitment. Since its establishment, Benetton has evolved with the onboarding of the next generation to provide innovation and management of the everchanging demands of the industry, whilst maintaining the uncompromising expertise and craftsmanship of the senior team members and founding generation. Our founding director is extremely proud of, and passionate about, the creative building process and finished product. This unification of old traditions and new building concepts places Benetton in a position to provide its specialised services and superior finishes.
In addition to a quality build, our team prides itself on maintaining friendly and supportive customer relations, personalising our services to provide as much or as little involvement in the process as a client seeks. We are a flat structured organisation, so our directors are easily accessible and typically involved in directly overseeing each project.
Our experience includes both self-owned property developments, as well as contracted building projects, both residential and commercial, of small to medium density, across the Sydney metropolitan, Central Coast, Richmond and Illawarra regions.
Trade backgrounds amidst our team equips our members and builders with the benefit of a thorough understanding of all trades involved in the construction process. Our background experience also includes planning, architectural and design works which provides us with the additional advantage of a keen understanding of those areas of the construction process as well as strong working relationships with architects, design teams, and other consultants and service providers in these areas.
